Formalities

Valid passport (valid for 6 months before departure). No visa is required if the stay does not exceed 3 months.
We require an international driving license.

Health and Vaccinations

There are no required vaccinations required to enter Argentina.
It should be updated its book of vaccines: tetanus, polio, diphtheria, hepatitis.


Risks and health tips:

Preferentially consume cooked food and bottled drinks. Carry antirepelente lotion.

Be careful also with altitude sickness especially in the region of Salta / Jujuy. We recommend eating light meals the night before and go slowly. Avoid drinking alcohol, smoking and even running. If headaches or other discomfort, in each place may consult doctors or pharmacies.

When to travel?

Argentina is located in the southern hemisphere, seasons are reversed in relation to the French resorts.
If you want to visit Patagonia and the southern Andes, choose to travel between December and February. For travel north or west, winter is recommended as the rains are less frequent. The ideal months to visit Buenos Aires are from October to April.
